There are several Social Ministries at Trinity. This page lists some of the many groups and ministries that are active at Trinity. There is something available to everyone...visit us and find out what Trinity has to offer your social life

Stephen Ministries - a caring ministry at Trinity for those with emotional needs

Mission Team - We have an adult mission team that has visited Romania and Biloxi. Our Youth have also embarked on a Mission trip to New York. They will be planning another trip in the future as well.

Outreach - We have a group of individuals that performed a Living Nativity in downtown Sturgis in December 2005. Plans to continue this annually are being made. We also have several Bible Study and Group Study events that we offer to the public. Last Summer we held a Community Worship service at Thurston Woods Park and would like to also make that an annual event.

Worship/Music - We have started a new Contemporary Worship Service at Trinity - Trinity Wired.  This is a "Come as You Are" Service at 10:45 am every Sunday in the Gym.  This relaxed worship includes a Coffee Bar, Contemporary Music, Messages that apply to Every Day Life, and a Children's Corner.  We also have traditional services at 5:30 pm on Saturday evenings, and at 8 and 10:30 am on Sundays.  We have a Bell Choir and an adult choir and we also enjoy the talents of several individuals that wish to share their musical talents during worship services. The worship/music team is responsible for all aspects of the worship service including the greeters, ushers, lay readers, and much more.

Discipleship - Trinity offers many adult Bible Studies throughout the year. Many are on Sunday mornings while other groups meet at various times during the week. If you can't find a study that intrigues you...you haven't looked at the quarterly Life Group Book. We also have Sunday School for Kindergarten through 6th grade. Confirmation Classes for 7th and 8th graders and a high school class for our high schoolers.

Youth - The youth of Trinity enjoy Sunday Classes as well as youth activities. Each age group has their own schedule.

Fellowship - We have several "Magnet Groups" that are active at Trinity. Fun ranges from knitting and crocheting, to cards, to dice games, to sporting events, to reading, to camping, and of course you can't forget EATING. There is always something social going on at Trinity. Trinity has a softball team and a basketball team this year. We also have a group of our members in their twenties and thirties (TNT group) that are meeting a regular basis to enjoy fellowship and activities together.

School - With our Preschool through 8th grade day school, we also have several opportunities to get involved. We have a PTO that plans several activities a year including Fall fantasy and a Field Day to celebrate the end of the year. Be a part of your child's school day by volunteering to help at the school.
