Tuition is paid monthly, with the first month’s payment due at Final Registration in mid- August. Subsequent monthly payments are due by the first of the month. Preschool make a total of nine monthly payments, while K-8 grade has 1o payments. Payment is considered delinquent if it is not received by the 8th of the month. The book fee is for every child in grades K-8. This fee is non-refundable and must also be paid at registration in August.
If there are extenuating circumstances as to why a family can't pay, they can contact the School Board's tuition representative. The School Board will attempt to work out a satisfactory solution. It is the board's hope is that a child will never have to be withheld from school because of tuition delinquency.
A limited amount of tuition assistance is available for grades K-8. Families requesting assistance need to fill out the Assistance Application and return it to the school office. The school board awards assistance at its May meeting.
